it is still going with the credit card company but chumba only has a couple weeks left to challenge your statement. basically everything will be fine lets just put it out there that 2 dealers cant sell the frames because they all have the linkages hitting the seatstay. they all want their money back and to discontinue selling chumba products as they have told me. i will let you know when everything is finalized.
